Water Guard 45 is a heavy duty acrylic base waterproof coating which when mixed with cement forms a durable and highly water-resistant matrix to give 100% waterproof surface. • Sunk portion of bathrooms,toilets,balconies, etc. 

Features & Benefits 

• Bonds strongly on cement concrete, cement plastered applied surfaces.

• Improves waterproofing properties when mixed with cement.
• Can be applied in moist conditions e.g: exteriors, terraces and chajjas in wet spells of monsoon, Underground and/ or overhead water tanks almost immediately after emptying.

• Alkaline and compatible with concrete

Method of Application 
Surface preparationClean the surface with wire brush or scrubber to remove hidden dirt, loose particles, laitance &dust. Degrease the surface by using suitable solvents.Repair the spalled concrete portion by saw, cutting the extreme edges of the repair location toa depth of at least 10 mm to avoid feather edging & to provide strong bond.Clean the concrete surface to remove any contamination where breaking is not possible.Roughen the surface by light scrabbling or grit blasting.For priming of concrete substrate, the surface should be thoroughly saturated withpotable water. Remove any excess water prior to application.As a Waterproofing Coating For a waterproofing coating Mix WATER GUARD 45 : Cement in the ratio 1:1 by volumeMix for 2-3 minutes to avoid air entrapment. Keep on slowly adding cement toWATERGUARD 45 until the required consistency is achievedBrush apply 2 coats of the mix in a duration of 4-6 hours on the prepared concrete substrateCover the coating with a protective screed to the desired slope & thickness.

PU GUARD is a single component, modified polyurethane, liquid applied coating that is composed of specially developed polymers, properly selected and graded fillers. It cures by reaction with atmospheric moisture to give a tough elastomeric waterproof membrane. PU GUARD is elastomeric in nature and has good resistance to weather and sunlight. PU GUARD has excellent flexibility and bonding with concrete, breathing properties, water resistance, crack bridging properties, weathering durability. 

Anti Carbonation Paint or Anti carbonation coating is a single component 100% pure acrylic based one part elastomeric coating based on acrylic dispersion with excellent crackbridging. It is called Carbonation Guard.

Areas Of Application (Anti Carbonation Paint):

• Protection and enhancement of concrete structures (normal and lightweight concrete), especially exposed concrete surfaces with a risk of cracking to prevent it from atmospheric gases and chlorides
• With concrete repair, works as an elastic protective top coating on Repair Guard ready mix polymer mortar
